Our office staff has many years of experience to offer in filing insurance claims, obtaining preauthorizations, and dealing with any insurance problems or issues that our patients might have.

We participate with the following insurance companies and PPO's (Preferred Provider Organizations):

Our Financial Policy

If you are covered by an insurance plan, we will be happy to file your claim for you as long as you provide us with complete insurance billing information and the necessary signatures. We will allow 30 days for your insurance company to pay. At that time, the account must be paid in full unless payment arrangements are made.

If you are not covered by insurance, payment will be due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made with our office staff.

With the exception of OB accounts, all balances 60 days and older will be charged a finance charge of 12% apr.

If your account is referred for collection procedures because of nonpayment, you will be liable for legal and/or collection agency fees as well as court costs.

OB Billing Information

Our global fee for prenatal care and delivery includes your initial exam, all prenatal visits, delivery and the postpartum check-up. Fees vary for vaginal, c-section, or VBAC delivery. Lab tests, pap smears, and ultrasounds are billed separately. Hospital charges are billed to you by Community Medical Center after your delivery. Complications of pregnancy requiring hospitalization during pregnancy or additional specialized tests are also billed separately.

If you are covered by insurance, we will file the claim for your global charge following delivery. Claims for prenatal testing will be filed at the time of service. Our office will confirm your insurance benefits and give you an estimate of your out of pocket expense. We will set up a payment plan with you to cover your insurance deductible and co-payment.

If you aren’t covered by insurance, we are happy to work with you to set up a payment plan that will clear as much of your charge as possible by delivery.
